CAR WASH FUNDRAISER

We are having our annual car wash fundraiser this Saturday (see Fundraisers page for details). We need both parent & student volunteers. There are 2 shifts available to volunteer for which we need multiple people for each shift.

THESCON TRIP

Each year we assist in taking the Theatre Students who qualify* to Thescon in Denver. We stay downtown for the entire weekend at a hotel, eat meals together and Chaparone the students at the Event. Each year we need both Male & Female Parent Volunteers to chaparone the students.

SHOW CONCESSION SELLING

Normally we sell concessions at the shows to help raise money for the Theatre program, unfortunately due to Covid-19 it will look a little different for this show. Instead we are doing concession Snack Bags and Pizza pre-orders prior to the show for pick up the day of the show to enjoy at home. More details to come soon so please check back.

FUNDRAISERS

We have many fundraisers throughout the year and each fundraiser has its own Head to manage the specifics. But, each fundraiser has many opportunities for volunteers that we need.

SHOW TICKET SALES

We sell tickets at the door for all our Theatre Production Shows and provide tickets for will-call. We need 2 Volunteers for 2 shifts for each show. Thank you for your support!

BACKSTAGE HELP

We support our Studens backstage with costumes, hair & make up, set building and more. We encourage the students to complete these main tasks on their own, but we are there to support them with anything they may need including supervision, tips & tricks, and buying / pick up supplies.

DRESS REHERSAL DINNER

The students work so incredibly hard to put together a production. During their dress rehersal many of the cast & crew are at the Theatre working until late at night. We provide dinner for the students to they can stay nurished & continue to work hard.

CAST PARTIES

Hooray another show is in the books and it is time to celebrate and party. Cast party that is. We need parent volunteers to host the cast party at their home from 9pm-Midnight on the last night of the production. An Adult will need to be in the home for safety reasons.  If you aren’t able to host we have other areas that need support for the cast parties as well. Thank you!

BINGO NIGHT

Bingo Night is a great way for Parents & Students to come together for some fun, food & drinks. We host Bingo at the Studio on Mainstreet and it is a blast. We need help with a few areas, thank you!

HOMECOMING PARADE

Each year Ponderosa has a large Homecoming Parade where all the clubs can make their own float and be a part of the parade. The students have a blast building the float and being in the parade but we do need volunteers to help them with this.

BASKETBALL GAMES CONCESSION SELLING

We sell concessions at PHS Basketball Games to help raise money for the Theatre. Concessions include candy, chips, popcorn, hot dogs, and drinks. There are 3 shifts available to volunteer for which we need multiple people for each shift.

FALL FESTIVAL

Fall Festival is one of our biggest events for the Theatre Program. We have booths, music, food, games, prizes, pumpkins and more. There are several ways to volunteer for this event and we need all the Volunteers we can have.
